Online booking for businesses built on appointments.

Hair, beauty and aesthetics, barbers, dentists, tattoo studios, physios — anywhere a client books a particular service with a particular person. Each business gets its own booking site on its own address, in its own colours, with a deposit taken up front.

  • Your own address. yourname.bookmein.cloud, themed with your colours and type, so it looks like your business rather than like ours.
  • Deposits at booking. Take a deposit through Stripe so appointments are not held for nothing, and settle the balance later.
  • Offers that apply themselves. Ten per cent off a whole category of services, with no code for the client to remember.
  • Records where you need them. Notes against each visit, consent captured as part of booking, and photo ID where what you do requires it.

UK schools

One management information system for the whole school.

Twelve modules over a single pupil record, one permission model and one audit trail: attendance, behaviour, assessment, exams, SEND, timetabling and admissions. Hosted in our UK cloud or inside your own tenancy.

  • One pupil record. Attendance, behaviour, SEND provision, medical needs, consents and documents all hang off a single record rather than three systems.
  • Permissions are the architecture. Safeguarding and SEND records are a separate access boundary, enforced at the API and logged either way.
  • A real migration path. A rehearsal migration on your own data, so mismatches surface before the start of term rather than during it.
  • Hosted where you want it. Our UK cloud or your own infrastructure — the same build either way, with no cut-down on-premise edition.
